Welcome to 8 Man tent. We exist to bring you information and the best prices for 8 Man tents, from the best suppliers.

As the founder of this site have spent a lot of time camping, including a whole year in Australia, mainly in the same tent (A-frame), until I got hold of one of the earlier generation of dome tents. I love camping, it's the best way to spend you holidays, and weekends away. Going abroad is great, but there is nothing like waking up in a field to the sounds and sights of nature. I'm quite happy camping in the Uk now, I have a child, so I'm happier that I don't have to check everything for poisonous spiders and snakes anymore.

So, this is how the website came about, a love of camping, and an ability to create websites led to this by a natural progression. I hope to expand the site, and although I will be writing more articles about camping myself, if you have some advice that you would like to give other campers, please contact me, and I'll put the article up, and obviously credit you for your effort. (It used to be nice to have your name in print, now everything is digital!

Sales originating form this site do attract a commission for our efforts (it takes a long time to create a site from scratch!). The commission is paid by the vendor, and is not passed on to the customer.

This is a good system, as the suppliers only pay me if they make a profit, and the advantage for you is that only reputable merchants are featured on this site, so everyone is happy.
